Why are student not appearing in timetables?
Students that are not mapping in Timetables can be due to one of the below:
Students enrolment has not been finalised
They do not have an Intended Start Date
They do not have an Enrolment Date
They do not have a Start Date
Their Intended Start Date has not yet been reached
The above has been entered but they have not yet synced across from Enrolments to the rest of Sentral. This does occur daily at 5am but you can trigger it manually by the below steps:
Go to Sentral Setup Cog
Select Data Synchronisation
Click the green Synchronise Now button
