How do I pin reports to create a Wellbeing dashboard?
Examples
Reports you have generated will be pinned reports.
Go to Wellbeing Setup > Homes Sreen > Available Reports need to be pinned to the Home Screen to be visible
Go to Options for a report > Pin to Home Screen.
These reports need to be Saved Reports on the Wellbeing page.
Go to Reports > Saved Reports.
- To create reports to be saved, select a category like Incidents.
Complete the online form and Run Search > Save Search
This form of report will provide you with a Data display

- If you select in the Edit option for that Report Display as Number, you get a view like this

- To display Data/Graph, more filtering is required.
Example
Go to the Incident Listing Option > select a criteria you wish to Tally by and Count number of: Incident or students
Complete the other filter options > Save Search and/or View Graphs.
Once Saved, this available report can be added to the Home Screen.
