How do we setup Portal 2/Portal Console module?

For Portal Console module to appear and to implement Parent portal 2 go to Sentral Setup Cog > Student & Parent Portal > Portal Version.  

The app can ONLY work with Parent Portal 2 and Parent Portal 1 will come to end of life soon.
