Yes, once an activity is published, the Unpublish from Portal button displays. If you’re an organisor, this allows you to make amendments and republish.

If you unpublish an activity, the following changes apply:

1. The activity will no longer be able to accept parent responses or payments from parents.

2. Existing permission responses will be removed.

3. Parents who paid for this activity will be notified via email.

4. Existing answers to the customised questions will be removed.

5. If a refund is required, this needs to be manually processed.
