How to activate pre-enrolled students within Attendance (NSW DEC only)*​

ERN enables schools to enter pre-enrolments into the enrolment database prior to their Official Start Date at a new site and this is detected within the OASIS import to the Sentral Data Layer.

A list of pre-enrolled students is then listed within Attendance and can be accessed by going to:
  • Attendance > Attendance Administration (left menu) > Pre-enrolled Students
Sentral allows you to activate 'pre-enrolled' students from the ERN feed on-demand by setting their intended start dates here. This means students can be made available in all of Sentral immediately. 
  • Set the date the student is due to begin school to make that student active within Sentral.
