How do I change the start week in Sentral Timetables?
Important to Note:
This requires Administrator level access to Sentral Timetables. You may also need access to your timetable software to re-sync with Sentral.
To change or view these settings, to go;
- Timetables > Timetables Setup > Cycle Start Weeks
Default Term Start Behaviour
Resume from Previous Term - This will keep track of your weekly cycle, and the next term will begin where the previous term ended. Eg if Term 1 ends with "Week A", term 2 will begin with "Week B"
Start Cycle Again - This will allow you to override the start week for each term, as specified in the drop down boxes at the bottom of the screen
Default Term Cycle Start Week
This sets the week Term 1 will start on, or all terms will start on by default if Start Cycle Again is checked
Once completed, click Save.
After any changes are made on this screen, you will need to resynchronise your timetable.
