How do I get imported assets to display the Building and Location items within an Asset Register?

← Asset Manager
Navigate to Asset Manager > Asset Manager Setup > Import 
  • Download the Sample CSV
  • Complete the CSV, ready to Import.

  • Asset Manager > Registers > Asset Registers
  • All Assets & Items (or alternatively, the Register that the asset to be updated exists within)
  • Edit aligned with the asset to be modified
  • Set Split Asset: No
  • This ensures the detail for the Building Asset is displayed. 

  • Scroll down and Save to apply.
