How to view Students' Previous Comments Whilst Entering Subject or General Comments
To view a Student's previous reporting periods' comments for a particular subject, you can do so when entering comments into the new reporting period by using the Comment Wizard > History tab. To access this:
- Click on the Comment Data Entry
- Click screen to open the comment for a student
- Click on the Open Wizard button
- Select the History tab
You can also access previous comments and other data by going to
- Profiles module
- lookup the student's profile
- select Academic Reports (left menu) > Comments
- Select the previous reporting period (top right)
