Go to:

• Fees, Billing & Payments module
  
• Use the Search Fees, Billing & Payments field (top right) to lookup the Debtor (Parent)
  
• Click Edit (top right, centre-screen) 
  
• Select the Instalment plan from the 'Debtor Payment Instalment Plan' drop-down
  
• Scroll down and click Submit to apply.
