EBS4 - Primary Schools ONLY - I wish to override rollclass names in reports
eg KB - 100000
1AD - 100000
Many schools do not like this displayed on a report.
To change or override the roll class name to KB 1AD you need to have admin level access to Sentral
Step 1
- Go to Sentral Setup Cog > Data synchronisation
- Manage Roll Classes > Set overrrides for each roll class
- Rename the roll classes and Save
Note: New class Name is listed however not updated until Sync Roll Classes.
You can Clear Overrides if this is incorrect.
Step 2
- Go to Academic Reports > Setup Academic Reports > Reporting > Classes
- Select Import from Sentral Data Layer
By default ALL roll classes are selected (blue). If the they are grey they are not selected.
- Once you have selected your roll classes click on Import.
