Portal - Forgot my password does not work for parents

If parents click on 'Forgot your password?' and it does not work



To ensure parents can enter an email and receive an email the school needs to ensure that both Student & Parent Portals are available for outside school access.

How to enable outside school access? only an administrator can perform this task) 
Go to Portal Console Setup  > Settings > Enable Outside School Access
