How do I manage share classes?
Only the grade/year level you are viewing will be shared. (Eg If you are viewing the Grade 4s, only the classes displayed on the screen will be shared).
You can select staff members to share classes with.
These staff members will receive an email with a link to view shared classes.
When viewing a shared class staff members will be able to edit the classes to see the impact of any moves, but they will not be able to save them. They must provide written feedback in the box provided
NOTE: Classes must be Saved before the can be Shared.
Click on the Tools dropdown.
Then click the Share button.
Select the teachers you wish to share the classes with, write them a quick note and click Send.
Add a message if required.
Teachers will only see the classes displayed on the screen when share is selected, they will not have access to the entire school. Teachers will not be able to see any admin notes or assigned teachers.
All teacher feedback will be listed under the saved classes when it is opened by an Administrator.
