HTML Slip Print Page Setup

Safari
When generating HTML Slips, there are:
- Printer settings; and
- Browser-page settings
- That need to be configured for the slips format and length to generate correctly.
Printer settings
- You must ensure that the Receipt Slip Printer is set as the Default Printer on the machine you are generating slips from.
Browser-Page Settings
NB: The following are examples only to provide guidance - the navigation and setup options may appear differently on your machine. You may find these settings revert to their default values when you login each day, so it's recommended you check these settings prior to generating slips for the day.
Internet Explorer
- Click on the cog icon (top right)
- Select Print
- Select Page setup...
- Ensure Enable Shrink to Fit is checked
- Set margins to 0.75
- Select -Empty- from all 3 x Header + 3 x Footer drop-down menus
- Click OK to Save settings
Firefox
- Click on the menu icon (top right)
- Select Print icon
Ensure 'Shrink to Fit' is selected from the Scale drop-down
Click the 'Page Setup...' button
- Ensure Scale: Shrink to Fit Page Width is checked
- Click the Margins & Header/Footer tab
- Set margins to 1
- Select --blank-- from all 2 x Left + 2 x Center + 2 x Right drop-down menus
- Click OK to Save settings
Chrome
- Click the menu icon (top right)
- Select Print...
- Scroll down and click '+ More options'
- Select Minimum from the Margins drop-down
- Ensure the Headers and Footers Option is un-checked
- Print to save settings. The browser should default to these options for each subsequent print
