However, classes for the new school year need to be created, there is a way to solve this. 

If you have a list of Kinder students coming into Prep for next year (but they haven't been imported into Cases, EBS4 or Sentral), you can import them directly into Class Builder.

You can follow the simple import wizard in Class Builder to guide you through. 

Before you do the import, we suggest selecting the 'sync'/update option if it hasn't already been done so that all of last years students are updated and then just be sure to select 'do nothing' the existing students in the system. 

This way all students in Class Builder will be listed with their current grade and year level.
