Our Attendance on the report is missing or incorrect, why?
If you see this on your template/layout and you know your rolls have been marked, then you need to go
to Attendance in Academic Reports Setup first.
- The time stamp will tell you when the last import was done.
- Check that the setting for import type is correct. Attendance is a sync from Attendance module.
- Date Range: Make sure the data range matches the dates for the semester.
- Click Save & Import.
Next, go to components in the layout;
- Layout > Report Templates > select Template > Design Tab
- Attendance, Attendance overview, subject tables and text with merge fields Subject Layouts – student information, class attendance, class attendance percentage
