I have an incorrect staff member’s name printing on the report, and I can’t get rid of them, why?

You cannot find them to remove them in staff roles.

It is because the staff member’s account has been deactivated.

In the Sentral Setup Cog > User Accounts > Deactivated Users
If it’s a class teacher, they can still be removed in the Classes menu.

If it’s a year advisor, you’ll need to reinstate the account to remove them.
