I have an incorrect staff member’s name printing on the report, and I can’t get rid of them, why?

  A former teacher’s name is printing on the report

You cannot find them to remove them in staff roles. 



It is because the staff member’s account has been deactivated. 

    

  In the Sentral Setup Cog > User Accounts > Deactivated Users If it’s a class teacher, they can still be removed in the Classes menu. 

If it’s a year advisor, you’ll need to reinstate the account to remove them.
