I have published payments/bills to the Portal but parents cannot see them, why?

Firstly payments cannot be done through Parent Portal 1. You have to have Parent Portal 2 switched on.

Secondly, in Portal Console Module you need to ensure this is switched on.

Go to Portal Console > Setup Portal Console > General > Access Controls
