A student's name and student code has changed
A student's name and student code has changed in our administration system, and now all of their data has disappeared.
This occurs because the new student code from your administration system imports into Sentral as a new student record. To resolve this, please lodge a new case with our Support Team advising the following:
- Student's old student code, Given Names and Surname; and
- Student's new student code, Given Names and Surname
Our team will then process your request to link the student's data to their new Student Code.
