•  click on  Academic Reports Setup > Report Template
• go to the template chosen to be renamed; click Details tab
• the first field is the Template Name that allows editing

(Tip: give a meaningful label/name to a template i.e. Kindergarten Template, or Year 1-6 Template, to make it easy at report printing/publishing time)
