Students are added to Sentral Data Layer from your ‘data source’/student database when the student becomes ‘active’/enrolled in your school, so all is needed is a ‘Import from Sentral Data Layer’ into the Academic Reports module by following the steps:

• click on Academic Reports Setup
• go to Reporting > Classes, and find in the top right-hand corner of that page Import from Sentral Data Layer
•  check that the student is now appended to your reports under Students; the report Assessment Schema (if you already have one) will include the new Student(s)
