Is it possible to print an Evacuation Summary Report from a previous day?

An evacuation summary can only be run on the day via the button. 

To generate an Evacuation Summary, follow the steps below:

  • Select on Sentral Waffle Icon located in the top left
  • Navigate to the School Attendance module
  • Click the red Evacuation Summary     button in the top right
  • The report will generate and display
Note: data can be extracted via the Compact Daily report.
  • Go to School Attendance > Reports > Compact Daily.
  • Complete the filtering online to generate the report.
