Is it possible to to briefly shut access to the Portal for Parents?
After the start of the year of over a holiday period, some schools would like to NOT enable parents to sign into the Portal whilst classes and information are being prepared.
- Schools can set a Maintenance Mode in Portal Console > Portal Console Setup.
- Best practice is to add a maintenance mode message so Parents do not think the Portal is broken or down.
