Why might a staff member not be showing in meetings?

A staff member needs to

  1. Exist in your data layer source. Go to Mange User to check staff listings.
  2. Ensure on Manager users page your staff have a link to your admin system or data layer source. Select edit for staff that are missing Linked to;
  3. Type the staff members name in the last box. This runs a search and allows you to save the link
