Parent has forgotten their password, what can they do?
- Forgot your password and follow the prompts to reset their password.
If they cannot remember their email address, they need to contact the school.
You can access:
- Portal Console > Setup Portal Console
- Manage Users > Parents
- Search for parent > click Edit beside them name to view details.
To change Password:
- Beside the Edit button, select Actions > Password
- Enter new password and tick must change their password on login.
