Where do parents enter their access key?

To enter the Access Keys into the Portal, they need to navigate to My Access

  • Click on Add New Access Key 
  • Enter the Access Key per family/child
Note:  Please remember the Access Keys are found in the Set Up Letter/Email and that they are case-sensitive.
