How do I display Markbook results within the Portal?

Sentral Student and Parent portal is designed to be very modular, and by default the display of all information is turned off. It is possible to display Markbook information in the Student and Parent Portal.

Even if Displaying Markbook in the portal is enabled, and a student or parent has access, by default no marks will be published unless explicitly set to do so.

Step 1: 
Portal Console Setup > Settings > Markbook 
Tick what you would like to display 
 

Step 2: 
Access Controls 
  • Select if Markbook is switched on or off
Step 3:
  • Select what results to publish to the portal within each Markbook 
  • Go to Markbook Module > select faculty/markbook  category > select markbook > class
  • From here you will need to click onto the Heading of a column and Publish Column to Portal > Confirm


A badge appears on the column indicating this has been published.
