Can I create additional surveys?

Schools can create additional surveys  however be conscious that the more data you collect the more it can become diluted. Consider what you need to collect without creating too many surveys.
Go to Configure Surveys > Additional Surveys > Options > Survey Title > Add custom survey 

Once created by default the rubric will be created. However you have the ability to modify the custom label and the details as well as hide any levels you don't need.
