Ensure you have selected the IEP(Individual Education Plan) template as this ensures you can set curriculum goals. Use the PLP (Personal Learning Plan) template if you prefer tasks.
You can create other plans that model or use the IEP structure should you wish to create more plans then the ones provided as a default.
