Can I attach a Care Plan to a record or Student Profile?
Any documentation can be uploaded against a student record.
Run a student search Documents > Documentation > Upload Documents.
A new category can be added called Plans.
Alternatively, once you create a Health Care Plan, you can then Add Attachments.
