How do I add a sick bay entry?

  • Go to Health module > Sick Bay Entry by going to Sick Bay Register or clicking on the Sick Bay icon.
  • Click on Add Sick Bay .
  • The Add Sick Bay 
  • Search for the student 
  • Enter text into the text fields, tick the toggle boxes and use the drop-down lists for your input.
  • Notification Options – Staff can choose the option to notify parents at this stage. If you decide to notify parents, you have a few options as to the lodging the communication method; (Note: this does not send the notification, it is simply a register of actions taken to communicate to parents)
  • Click on the Save or Save & Print button.
  • The Sick Bay Register is updated displaying the student.
Note: the student needs to be checked out by the end of the school day
