Why am I not able to enter a student into Sick Bay?

If you get a message stating the student is already on an incursion this may be because they are already in sick bay. 

This happens when the student was not checked out. 

  • Go to Health Module > Sick Bay Register > Not Checked Out. 
  • Click on Not Checked Out under the Time Out Column. 
  • Complete on-screen form and resolution of this entry.
