Go to Messaging Address Book > Contacts. Search for the family. 

Click on the Student (indicated by a star). 

Contact Details will be displayed. After which we changed the Available Contacts preference to Custom which allowed us to set individual message recipients. 

Go to Outbound Messages in messaging Module to view sick bay SMS.
