Can a markbook be published to portal?

Yes a column within a Markbook can be published as long as the Access Control in Portal Console are set to View.
In Markbook, the task or calculation needs to be published to the portal.
  • Go to Markbook module > Select a markbook > Edit Markbook > Select New Task/ New Calculation > Add detail for the task or calculation > Save.
  • Go back to the class Markbook > click on the arrow in the column heading > Publish Column to Portal
