How can I setup a Group Calendar so it is not seen by all staff?
To create a Calendar Group, please follow the below steps:
Once the Calendar has been created, whilst in the calendar click Preferences
Set Edit Privileges to Private: Only users set in the Access Controls
Set View Privileges to the above also if you wish only a select group to view
Click Save
Select the Access Controls Tab
Select Which Teachers can view, and which can View/Edit by checking the radio button next to their name
Click Save
