Staff need to be synced form your source of truth whether you are DOE school (3PI, EBS4, Edsas, Cases, Eduhub, MAZE) or use Sentral enrolments, staff need to appear in your data layer source. 

Ensure that the staff member appears in Manager Users within the Sentral Setup Cog and that they have an email entered, staff code assigned and access to this module.
