Why does the 'requires action 'appear in the Parent Portal for the Interviews?
Which means, parents need to acknowledge they have received this post once they see it on their feed.
If you wish for this not to show, you can cancel this option when you are creating a new feed item.
Under the Actionable heading, select "Don't display action required flag".
