To update Bell Times from Edval to Sentral, you need to navigate to Sync With System > Manual and select "Publish Bell Times". 

Alternatively, you can navigate to Timetables > Publishing Details > Calendar > Rebuild Calendar after you have pushed the new timetable to Sentral.
