How do I mark a period as an after-school class?

This relates more to PXP so to correct this; 

• Go to PXP Setup 

• Select the Timetable/Period Setup 

• Click on the after-school lesson 

• Change Type to Period 

• Change Attendance Sync Enabled to No 

• Click Save
