Can I notify a student that they are on detention?
If your school has the Enterprise version of Sentral, you'll have a setting called 'Notify Student' under Detentions.
Role permissions
You need Administrator access to turn on this setting.
Steps
- Go to Wellbeing > Wellbeing Setup.
- Under Setup, select Detentions.
- Next to Notify Student, select Yes.
Once the detention has been created and saved, the student will receive an email.
