If I remove incident types in a Wellbeing category, can I still see the previously created incidents under those types if I run a tally report?
This is the reason for which we would recommend a school creates a NEW incident type as opposed to changing the label.
A label change will literally re-label all past events, which obviously wouldn't be accurate.
By creating a NEW incident type, reports can be run on the past type as well as the new type, allowing data to be accurately compared (old vs new).
