How do I create a wellbeing incident?
To create a Positive Incident.
- Select Wellbeing
- Select Positive Incidents from the right side of the screen.
Note: The middle section of this screen will appear blank initially until you setup the school Wellbeing home screen by creating incidents etc.
- On the right-hand side of the screen, use the search box under Students to begin selecting who will be given the positive incident.
Note: you can add as many students as you want in a single incident.
- The screen updates with students details and additional fields to be filled in
- Enter text into the text fields, tick the toggle boxes and use the drop-down lists for your input
Note: Any field with a red asterisk is a mandatory field and requires input.
- Click on the Save button on the bottom right-hand side of the screen. If there are follow-up Actions they will display on the next screen.
- Click on the Save button.
- The Incident will update and display on the next screen.
To create a Negative Incident.
- Select Wellbeing from within the Wellbeing group
- The Wellbeing home screen displays
- Select Negative Incidents from the right side of the screen
- Select Negative under the heading
- The Negative Incident screen displays
- Type in a student name in the Students Involved search box on the right-hand side of the screen and select from drop down list
Note: You can add multiple students in a single incident and determine the level of involvement following the same process. You can add multiple staff as well to the Incident.
This is an important distinction when adding students to an incident.
You can add students that were involved, witnessed or were the victim. Giving the school the chance to create one incident but cater for the different actions and follow ups required
