• Navigate to the Sentral Waffle Icon and select Wellbeing module.
• Navigate to incidents and create a new incident.
• In the award under the section selection follow up actions.
• Define the award type and choose the value for the award e.g. bronze of achievement.
• Apply the award and save settings.
• Navigate to the Awards Register and ensure they are showing, and it has been successful.

Note: you will need to check to ensure they are eligible for the award for them to show up in the incident register.
