How can I identify discrepancies between official Attendance and Truancy?

  • Go to Class PXP > Truancy Report.
  • Run a report based on filters > Generate
  • On screen, you can see Official record of Attendance and compare to PXP roll submission. Students that are marked absent all Day may have PXP rolls submitted as present or vice versa. You can validate discrepancies and manage via the Truancy Wizard > Unsorted Partial Absences
