- One reason could be that the period was created manually within Class PXP and not synced across from your timetable package.
- A staff member with admin access can add periods to PXP and you will see in the example that it does not link to an external timetabling source.
- Accessing the timetable module and clicking Timetables Setup and clicking Period times shows the current data we are showing in the timetables module. This will also prove that sport period is not included in timetables.
