What's the difference between 'Family Parents' and 'All Parents' cohort member?
When Family Parents is selected, Messaging will attempt to find the first two contacts that have a parent based relationship.
When All Parents is selected, Messaging will attempt to find all contacts with a parent based relationship.
Parent based relationships include the following relationship types:
- Parent
- Step Parent
- Adoptive Parent
- Foster Parent
- God Parent
