How do Emergency Contacts from Enrolments appear in the Address Book?
To ensure contacts from Enrolments are imported into the Messaging Address Book, they need to have the 'Receives Absences' flag set to Yes.
To prevent these contacts from receiving absence notifications, configure the Preferred Contacts Selection Sequence in Messaging > Setup Messaging > Settings accordingly.
