How do I reset staff passwords?

So if your staff are linked to an active directory account or SSO into Sentral, you cannot change the password in Sentral.  

If this is the case, you will see the password icon is greyed out and if you however hover it. 


For staff who are not registered via an external provider, click on password and enter a new password for them. 

Then tick you require that staff member to change their password for security reasons.
