How do I fix photos that are sideways?
- Find the student photo in Windows, right click on it: choose Edit with Photos (or Paint, both should work)
- Rotate the photo (even it does not look sideway on your monitor) until it looks correct again
- Click on the arrow and choose 'Save', not 'Save a Copy'
Upload the student photo again on Upload Photos page
Go to Match Photos page to check if the newly uploaded photos linked correctly, if not, change the link manually and click on Save
