Yes, you can either by ensuring they are in your DoE system and sync across to Sentral or you can add each individual teacher and then link them to the Staff id. 

Go to Sentral Setup Cog > < Manage Users > New User 

 We strongly advise NOT to create one account and share the detail between casual staff.
