How can I display dietary requirements for excursions?

We suggest creating manual flags.  

  • Click on Profiles > Profiles Setup  > Click Manual Student Flags 

  • Here you can create a flag and assign it a background colour and text colour. You can also choose what modules you want the flag to show in to ensure that all the areas needed can see the flag in question. 

 Once created you can click manage students and assign this flag to as many students as needed. We recommend making the flags as broad as possible to ensure that multiple students can be assigned to the 1 flag instead of creating individual flags for each student. 

 When the flag is created and assigned and set to show in activities this will then show against the student and will generate in reports generated for the activity as needed. 


  • Staff can also add an Additional Fields in the Activities Setup Area to allow this to display for Attendees. However this does not print or export.
